Site Lockdown

Lock down your domain, your email and your logins.

We lock your domain and your logins. With Watch, we check your domain settings, DNS and email setup every day. With Rescue, a WordPress brochure site is rebuilt as plain pages, so there are no plugins for attackers to break into.

What we lock

Six things we lock down.

Prices

Two fixed prices to lock it. One monthly plan to watch it.

ONCEEVERY DAY

Lockdown Review

$450 one time

  • Up to 3 domains and 10 accounts
  • A written list of your domains, registrar, nameservers, DNS, email, accounts and sites
  • Registrar lock and two-step login set up with you on a call
  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up and tested with a real message
  • A full backup of your site and mail, downloaded and checked
  • A ranked list of fixes, in writing

Anything beyond that is quoted before we start.

Rescue

$1,200 one time

  • Everything in the Review
  • Your site rebuilt without WordPress, up to 10 pages
  • Rebuilt from the pages your visitors see, never copied from the old site’s files
  • Moved to your own Cloudflare account
  • Your domain switched over, with your email untouched
  • Your forms connected to an inbox you choose

For brochure sites. Online stores, membership sites and booking sites are quoted separately.

Watch

$39 a month, up to 3 domains

Billed monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time with one click in your client portal at portal.thatfellowdigital.com. Watch runs to the end of the month you paid for. We give 30 days’ notice before any price change.

  • Nameservers, registrar lock, DNS records against a saved copy, certificate and domain expiry, email authentication and security headers
  • Checked once a day. If a change shows up, we tell you the same day we find it.
  • Site up or down at each daily check
  • A 15-minute account review with you every quarter
  • Your own login to our client portal

Fixing a problem is not included. That is billed at $125 an hour, and you get an estimate first.

How we work

We never hold your passwords.

YOUUS

We never ask for or store your passwords. Any access we need is set up by you, and you can remove it.

You log in yourself, on a screen-share call, and we walk you through each setting.

Two-step login goes on every account that supports it, up to 10. The backup codes go in your own password manager, not ours.

When we finish, you get it in writing: what we checked, what we found and what we fixed.

Who it is for

This is for you if:

  • Someone built your website years ago, they are gone, and you are not sure who has the logins.
  • Your site runs on WordPress on shared hosting, and nobody updates it.
  • Your site links to a payment page or a portal that tenants or customers use every month.
  • You run a small team with one to three domains and no one in charge of any of this.

Who it is not for

It is not for you if:

  • You run an online store, a membership site or a booking system on your website. Rescue does not fit those; we quote them separately.
  • You need a formal audit for a regulator or an industry standard. We do not do those.

Book a call

Book a 15-minute call.

Pick a time that suits you. You talk to the person who does the work, and we will not ask for any password.

Questions before you book.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

You tell us what you have: your domains, your email, your website and who built it. We tell you which option fits and what it costs. Nothing is changed on the call, and we will not ask for any password.

What if Watch finds a problem?

Checked once a day. If a change shows up, we tell you the same day we find it. Fixing it is not part of Watch. That work is billed at $125 an hour, and you get an estimate before we start.

My site has a store, or tenants log in to it. Can you rebuild it?

Not at the Rescue price, which covers brochure sites up to 10 pages. Stores, membership sites and booking sites are quoted separately. A link out to your payment or portal provider is fine and stays as it is.

I think my site was hacked. Should I start with Rescue?

If it is a brochure site, yes. Rescue includes the Review, so your domain and logins get locked too. The new site is rebuilt from the pages your visitors see and is never copied from the old site’s files. Rescue does not include finding how the break-in happened or cleaning your hosting or email accounts. That is incident work at $125 an hour, with an estimate first.

Will my email stop working when the domain moves?

We leave your email untouched. We copy your mail records across before anything moves.
