Privacy policy

What this website collects

This website has no forms of its own and sets no cookies of its own. Apart from the Meta pixel described below, it does not use advertising pixels or any tracking that follows you to other websites. The Meta pixel, which runs on every page, and Calendly's calendar on the Site Lockdown page (thatfellowdigital.com/lockdown/) may set their own cookies, as described below.

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which records which pages are viewed without cookies and without identifying you.

Like every website, the servers that deliver it see technical details of each request, such as your IP address and browser type, and may keep them briefly in security and error logs.

Booking a call

The Site Lockdown page (thatfellowdigital.com/lockdown/) shows Calendly's booking calendar inside the page. When the page opens, your browser loads the calendar from Calendly, so Calendly sees your visit, including the page address and any campaign tags in it, even if you do not book. Calendly, not this website, receives what you type there, such as your name, email address and answers, and may set its own cookies. Calendly's privacy policy covers that. We receive your booking so we can hold the call.

Measuring our ads

We use the Meta pixel on every page of this website to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show ads to people who visited. When you open a page, your browser tells Meta you viewed it, including the page address and any campaign tags in it. When you book a call on the Site Lockdown page (thatfellowdigital.com/lockdown/), it tells Meta a booking happened, with a booking number so it is not counted twice. Meta can link this to your Meta account, and the pixel sets a cookie named _fbp on this website, plus one named _fbc if you arrived by clicking a link on Facebook or Instagram, such as one of our ads.

We do not send Meta your name, your email address or anything you type into Calendly.

How to opt out: if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, the pixel does not load at all, so nothing goes to Meta and no cookie is set. You can also block it with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, and you can change how Meta uses this information for ads in your Facebook ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

When you contact us

If you email Gerald@ThatFellowDigital.com or call (845) 521-9164, we receive what you choose to send. That Fellow Digital LLC uses it only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange a call or a project. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for marketing.

Who else handles it

This website is hosted by HostGator and delivered through Cloudflare. Our email is hosted by HostGator.

Meta runs the ad pixel described above, and on the Site Lockdown page Calendly runs the booking calendar.

Links to Calendly (for booking a call), our client portal, and our products take you to other websites, which have their own privacy policies. Each of our products publishes its own policy on its own site.

Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information

Email Gerald@ThatFellowDigital.com or call (845) 521-9164 to review, correct or delete anything you have sent us.

Do Not Track

If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, the Meta pixel does not load. Nothing else on this website tracks you across sites, so it works the same way either way.

Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page with a new effective date. Effective October 25, 2026.
